## Guest House Rooms

Four double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities (shower or shower and bath), free Wi-Fi, TV, shower robes, hairdryer, hot-water bottle, and tea and coffee making facilities. Antique pine furniture throughout. Hearty breakfast included.

Room names: The Chapel Room (en-suite shower), The Meon Room (en-suite shower and bath), The Orchard Room (en-suite shower), The Green Room (en-suite shower).

## The Cottage (self-catering)

One-bedroom self-catering cottage set in the grounds. Double bedroom with king-size bed. Living room with futon (extra sleeping space). Fully-equipped kitchen. Walk-in shower bathroom. Access to large south-facing shared garden. Views toward Meon Hill.

Minimum stay: two nights. Arrival from 2:00pm. No breakfast included. Direct booking is approximately 10% cheaper than booking through Airbnb.

## Breakfast

Full breakfast included with guest house rooms. Menu: fresh fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Traditional English Breakfast (sausage, bacon, tomato, mushrooms, fried bread, baked beans, eggs). Vegan Breakfast available. Continental Breakfast (croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon roll). Homemade brown and white breads, marmalades, honey, jams. Freshly ground coffee, pot of tea, herbal teas. Produce locally sourced; sausages and bacon from David Moores of Mickleton.
